Our nylon straps and slings are made to order right here in the USA!  We  feature inexpensive Ground Shipping on all orders anywhere in the 48 continental US States (Hawaii and Alaska require extra shipping charges).  Expedited options are available for an extra charge.  We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Lead times for nylon products (lift slings, recovery straps and tree saver straps) will vary depending on order size and quantity.  However, most orders ship within 1-3 business days.  Made to order slings are made with quality in mind but are made quickly and orders are processed immediately for the fastest turnaround possible.

Polyester round slings are made by a different process and do require a little longer lead time (2-4 days).  Large orders may require a longer lead time but Made in the USA quality is worth the wait!  There are some import lengths kept in stock for faster ship times if needed.

Primo Slings prides our company for providing top-notch quality with quick shipping.  Other companies may have quicker ship times but we do not trade quality for speed.  Go Primo for your next lifting slings application and you won't be disappointed!

Return Policy for Primo Slings

All of our nylon slings, tree saver straps, recovery straps, and polyester round slings are made to order at the time of order.  Due to the custom nature of our products, and they are not stocked items, we do not allow returns for our products. There are also safety concerns with items of this nature as it is difficult to determine what kind of strain, if any, a returned product has been under and is therefore not resalable.  If the order is received and is deemed an error on our part or defective, we will replace the slings at no charge.

If a sling or strap is damaged or defective, we would require images of the defect be sent to sales@primoslings.com to be analyzed.  If the damage is ruled as defective, the lift sling or strap will be replaced at no charge.  If the damage is deemed due to use, cutting, chemical damage, or other types of misuse, the product will not be refunded or allowed for return.
